What I liked best about the CTER OnLine program:	The flexibility of the program. We did not have to be in class at a certain time each week. We had deadlines to meet, but could work at our own pace.
How I managed to fit the coursework into my hectic life:	A lot of late nights, weekends and lunch hours.
CTER OnLine has impacted my professional career in the following ways:	I have become a better teacher by using the practices and theories learned in the CTER program.
