"I used what I learned in this evaluation class to evaluate and produce a gap analysis from our data to support writing our School Improvement Plan. The state reps came in to review it and said it was the best analysis they had ever seen and asked if they could use it as an example to share with other districts. They also asked to use me as a resource for other districts in our county. I doubt I would have been able to have done the job I did without having had this class."(CTER student, 2002)
