During the Fall semester of 2000, a course was offered at the University of Illinois, Urbana/Champaign as part of an online Masters program called CTER: Curriculum, Technology, and Educational Reform.

This course, Educational Psychology 490 ASA Issues in Traditional and Alternative Student Assessment , included an assignment for students to create a major class project designing an assessment system or rubric. Here are the exemplary projects done by the CTER students in this class.
