Exemplary Major Projects by CTER students in EdPsy 490NET  Network for Learning
Summer 2000

NetHandbooks Glossary

During the Summer semester of 2000, a course was offered at the University of Illinois, Urbana/Champaign as part of an online Masters program called CTER: Curriculum, Technology, and Educational Reform. In this course, Educational Psychology 490NET: Networks for Learning, each student created a Network Handbook covering a number of issues related to the installation, use, and maintenance of networks in their own work settings. The students in this class were all practicing educational professionals, most in K-12 schools with a few in higher education. We think that these NetHandbooks, containing knowledge for teachers by teachers, will be useful for learners and teachers everywhere.

The NetHandbooks index provides a link to all the separate handbooks. The other selections present access to information combined from all the NetHandbooks for selected sections.

We invite you to use these resources, link to them, and tell others about them. Please be sure to credit the authors who created these resources and the College of Education at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, which sponsored this course.
