CTER participants are currently experimenting with a voice chat application called Roger Wilco.  Windows users with a microphone and sound card (full duplex for two-way communication, half duplex for listening only) can join in on group voice chats.  We are currently troubleshooting issues with microphones on some Macintosh models; listening capabilities on the Mac are fully functional, however.
