Judi says, "sorry... I'm using technology to keep Natalie happy... (Feel
terrible, but it's the only way you'll get a tour :-)"

Judi says, "They have these Baby Mozart DVD's made by the Baby Einstein
company (how can you feel bad with that name)"

Judi says, "and I just turned one on for Natalie on the other office
computer."

Judi says, "It totally keeps her attention."

JimL says, "Interesting - keep us updated on how that works."

Judi asks, "so anyway, I think read your session is on artifacts of
learning?"

Judi asks, "virtual or real?"

Judi says, "or both"

JimL says, "yep, both"

Judi says, "and mark suggested that we might have some research from our
last project that mmight be relevant...."

Judi says, "I've been looking at social networks ...."

Judi says, "and I see that as sort of an arifact.... but I'd have to do
more thinking to make it fit in your session I think...."

JimL says, "Cynthia Ching and I have been studying real artifacts in
higher ed classrooms at UIUC - tables, chairs,
white/blackboards, computers, projectors, etc."

Judi says, "We looked at one webquest session (led by Bernie Dodge) in
detail.... We did see Bernie bringing in artifacts during
that session... (web pages) and we also saw one of the
participants show a website she had created... and shard
with the group."
