Pletche:   I have windows millenium....I am going to try to shut everything down and restart

jlevinjal: don't open AIM first, but go to the chat space and then log in when it says to.

jlevinjal: She also says it has to be at least version 4.7 of AIM

jlevinjal: and IE 5.1 or 6 or NEtscape 6.2

Pletche:   okay...I'll give it a try....I just downloaded 4.8....IE 6
